The location was fantastic, super close to all the action and great for a mini getaway! The room itself was comfy and clean, which was a plus. I loved the fact that the hotel had great facilities, and the summer vibes made it even better.
But goodness, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed robotic and checking in took forever! The pool area was overcrowded and not well-maintained, plus my drink had grit in it. it didn't live up to expectations, especially for the price!

Variety of bars and restaurants, good entertainment, nice food and service, nice views.
We didn't know that our room would face the "renovatons". Considering what we paid for the room, the walk to the front door did not create a good first imprtession - very disappointing.

Check-in was smooth with friendly staff, and the glass lifts and hotel design were visually stunning. The indoor pool and spa were lifesavers on a chilly day, and the twin room setup was perfect for our son. the pool area felt overcrowded and unclean, overshadowing our experience. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and finding decent dining options for my dietary restrictions proved frustrating. While the hotel offers great relaxation facilities and is close to landmarks like the Bell Tower and Optus Stadium, the rudeness from some staff dampened our impression.

I was staying at the burswood with other family members to see a relative fly off the following morning. Stayed on the first floor room 135. The room was just lovely cannot fault it at all. The beds were lovely and comfortable with nice pillows. The porter i came across was very nice chatty and friendly. The cleaning staff on this floor did not smile or even look at you when you passed. I found this very rude as I have worked in 4 and 5 star resorts for many years. I still left a nice tip for the girl who cleaned my room i bet it made her smile!!!!!! All in all I had a lovely stay. And to girls that clean the rooms take note!! A SMILE costs nothing..................................
I thought the price of alcohol, soft drinks, juice, chocolate etc was very pricey for a hotel mini bar.M0re glasses could of been supplied as we only had coffee mugs .

The service was great and the facilities have improved a lot since i last stayed there some 4-5 years ago
The security there were way over handed. Everyone understands they have a job to do but they have no people skills and are quite rude and obnoxious. There are certain ways things should be done and they lacked in this department at Paddy Hannans. When someone is asked to leave they should always be able to let there wife know when she is inside and not be escorted out without being able to let someone know.

Review: The Luxe King Room offered a modern vibe with comfortable beds and a superb shower. Room service was very efficient, featuring delicious options. the bustling casino atmosphere may not suit everyone, and the pool area can get crowded. had a pleasant stay and would consider returning. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-07-10}

Our rooms were delightful and exceptional with an amazingly comfortable bed, a fully set table plus a huge balcony. The breakfast was delicious and good with toast, impressive view and also the grill, you will not be disappointed. Awesome riverside location short walk to the restaurants and the casino being walking distance and the river...

Stunning, magnificent location in Perth, next to Australia for a month in total, and fabulous restaurants. Marvellous and delicious breakfast selection with cappuccino, omelette, basic eggs. Very good check-in, fast check-out.

room was good. check in fine. victoria street steak and staff knowledge brilliant.
seafood bisque tasted öld"and a little tough. the club lounge canape service was poor. had to ask for the first lot of canapes even though staff were wandering around apparently looking to see what was needed. generally not impressed with paying extra for what we thought would be a special experience with drinks and canapes.

I was really frustrated with the check-in process. We were stuck waiting until 4 PM to get into our room, which felt ridiculous. After a long day of travel, it's the last thing you want-just let us settle in already!

Great restaurants, good location from airport and city
Over charged me, didnt give me a jacuzzi room when I had one booked, I paid more than friends and their rooms were newly renovated at a far superior fitout than mine
